Ancak SSD\u2019nin temel bile\u015feni olan NAND flash bellek tek ba\u015f\u0131na t\u00fcm performans ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yetmiyor. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada devreye DRAM (Dinamik Rastgele Eri\u015fimli Bellek) giriyor. Bu yaz\u0131da, SSD mimarisinde DRAM\u2019in \u00fcstlendi\u011fi rollerden, sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 avantajlara, alternatif \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerden, gelecekte bizi nelerin bekledi\u011fine kadar bilmeniz gereken t\u00fcm noktalar\u0131 ak\u0131c\u0131 bir anlat\u0131mla ele alaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DRAM\u2019in SSD \u0130\u00e7indeki Rol\u00fc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SSD\u2019nin beyni olarak nitelendirilen kontrolc\u00fc, veriyi depolama h\u00fccrelerine yazmak ve oradan okumak i\u00e7in karma\u015f\u0131k i\u015flemler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir.
