Brezilya, bir s\u00fcredir Telegram\u2019\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyordu \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fclke platformdaki dezenformasyonun engellenmedi\u011fini dile getiriyordu. B\u00fcy\u00fck gruplar \u00fczerinden yanl\u0131\u015f veya yalan bilgilerin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ile ilgili gerekli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 atmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dile getirilen platform, bu konu ile ilgili olarak mahkeme karar\u0131na da uymuyordu. Bunun \u00fcst\u00fcne de ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir yasaklama karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131. \u0130\u015fte s\u00f6z konusu bu durumun arkas\u0131nda \u201c\u015faka gibi ama ger\u00e7ek\u201d \u015feklinde belirtilen bir durum ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Direk olarak ise Telegram\u2019\u0131n kurucusu ve CEO\u2019su Pavel Durov taraf\u0131ndan belirtildi\u011fi \u00fczere firman\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda yatan sebep temel olarak bir e-posta kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak belirtildi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Telegram ve Brezilya Y\u00fcksek Mahkemesi aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan e-posta trafi\u011finde adres kaynakl\u0131 bir sorun ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve mahkemenin g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi e-postalar tam olarak talep edilen adrese gitmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in \u015firket taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015ftir. Bu sebeple \u015firketin gelen mahkeme isteklerinden haberi olmam\u0131\u015f, bu sebeple de yasak getirilmi\u015fti. Bu daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6rmedikleri e-postalar\u0131 \u015fu an i\u00e7in bulduklar\u0131n\u0131 ve konu ile ilgili olarak mahkeme ile beraber \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Pavel Durov, s\u00fcrecin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesini umut ediyor fakat \u00f6zellikle de dezenformasyon konusunda ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Buna ek olarak k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce Telegram\u2019e gelen en son \u00f6zellikler de dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. S\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015ftirilen bu platform, T\u00fcrkiye’de de aktif olarak milyonlarca ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.
